Brut Nature is a flat just as balanced and minimalist as the best Zero Dosage Franciacorta sparkling wine to taste with the sommelier if you choose also a Franciacorta winetour with us.
The flat can host up to 2-3 guests and it is just next door from the the similar flat "Satèn", if you wish to stay close yet separate to your friends and relatives.
The one space flat offers a kitchen, a dining area with Nespresso machine, French bed and a sofa, a bathroom with washing machine, airconditionning, huge panorama terrace, unlimited wifi and television.
Towels, blankets, covers are provided in the apartment.
The flat is at a few minute walking from the Paratico&Sarnico lakeside walking area with all the bars and restaurants...
Prices:
- 85-110 euro/apartman/night depending on the season
- cleaning service fee: 55euro/apartman/stay
- local tourism tax: 0,5euro/person/night.
The appartments can be booked in the period of the 15/04/2022 till 03/01/2023 for a minimum of 2 nights.
Flexible cancellation: The reservations can be cancelled at the latest 7 days prior of your booked arrival date, your payment will be refunded after deduction of bank fees.
Your cancellation within 7 days prior to the booked arrival date is considered as non show, resulting in no refunds of your payments.
Languages spoken by the staff: English, French, Italian, Hungarian.
Payments: with bank transfer on the basis of the pro forma invoice sent out to you.
